This is as punishing now as it was back in 1990, and Abhorrence continues to be a huge influence for many DM bands today. The live tracks sound very poor, but luckily their other live release "Totally Vulgar" makes up for them. Favorite track: Vulgar Necrolatry.

Tracks 1 and 6 are printed wrong way around in the back cover, "The Cult (intro)" should be in the beginning of the demo (track 6) and nameless intro opens the 7" EP (track 1).
Tracklisting also has a printed numbering error for the CD, as track 6 is marked as "Intro / Vulgar Necrolatry" but they are separate tracks with individual track numbers. This also bumps up the rest of the track numbers by one.

The double LP version of this compilation features the "Macabre Masquerade Rehearsal Demo '90", which has the following low quality audio tracks that are missing from the CD version:
